Fined for noisy sex, admits that the British violated the 'law of silence'
Britain said it ignored the order on 18, 22 and 26 April.
Despite admitting guilt, Caroline Cartwright should not go to jail.

During the hearing on Monday in court in Newcastle, the woman admitted that he violated the order of antisocial behavior Justice (ASBO, its acronym in English) on days 18, 22 and 26 April.
Although he admitted guilt, Judge Beatrice Bolton said Cartwright will not go to prison when the sentence is given on Jan. 18. She should receive an alternative sentence, because, according to the judge, this is an unusual process.
The case went to court after neighbors claimed that the daily sessions of sex couple Caroline and Steve Cartwright were ruining their lives by not letting them sleep. Sexual relations were described by neighbors as "abnormal" and "killer".
In April, Caroline was arrested by police after disobeying the order. In November, after losing the appeal in court, she was fined 200 pounds
In addition, the couple was ordered to pay 300 pounds (for the cost of the process, a surcharge of 15 pounds), plus 200 pounds for the appeal hearing.
A device placed in the apartment of Rachel O'Connor, neighboring Caroline and Steve Cartwright, showed that the noise emitted by the couple during sex reached, on average, between 30 and 40 decibels, with a peak of 47 decibels.
